MAIN TYPES OF ACTIVITES:

Research activities on the problems of higher and continuing education quality (following orders, plans and research programmes of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and within the framework of the Federal Programme of Educational Development in Russia), including higher education reforms following the Bologna process;

Education activities on training and retraining of administrators and academic staff within the framework of complex educational-professional programme “Quality of Higher and Continuing Professional Education” and in the field of the Bologna process;

Training and Attestation of researchers of top qualification in the field of education quality and its improvement (8 scientific specialities);

Preparing and conducting annual all-Russia conferences, symposia, seminars on urgent problems of education quality and the Bologna process;

Publishing and circulation of research, instructional and methodical materials on the problems of education quality;

Introduction of modern models and technologies of quality assurance and education quality management in higher and other educational institutions, and in federal, branch and regional education management bodies.

RESEARCH CONTACTS
Research Centre For the Problems of Quality in Specialists’ Training being a multi-functional research and educational institution of Russia organizes, coordinates and undertakes joint activities in the field of quality improvement of higher and continuing education:

on the basis of cooperation agreements with 80 higher educational institutions and institutions for academic staff training, on the base of which joint research and educational subdivisions and branch offices of the Research Centre are functioning in more than 35 Russian cities;

with teaching-methodic unions of Russian higher educational institutions;

with research and higher educational institutions of Byelorussia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kasakhstan, Kirgyizia, Tadjikistan;

with UNESCO CEPES;
-
Research Centre is member of two international organizations : EURASHE and INQAAHE.
